The government always comes through saying good things and having meetings, but nothing ever happens. I have to say COO is different. Everything we been asking for, for years, is actually happening and we’re (the residents) in the driver’s seat. Jobs, computers, community improvements, new programs – its all happening. We (the community) got to take advantage of the opportunity. It’s real.
