Finally, something is working, but we have a long way to go.  COO is making sense out of the complicated city systems and holds everyone accountable – departments, CBOs, and residents. Bayview is changing fast. COO seems to be the community plan that helps folk benefit instead of getting pushed out. Our community needs to embrace change, especially when its what the community has been asking for decades.
